Return and Refund Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase and return goods within 14 days of receiving them, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, the buyer must notify us in writing—via the contact form on our website—no later than 14 days after receiving the goods, and must return the products within the following 14 days.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, preferably in the original, undamaged packaging. The return must include the original invoice and the bank account details where the refund should be issued.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and ensuring the goods are properly packaged for return (ideally in the original or other secure packaging). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept packages sent with cash on delivery.

The buyer is entitled to a refund of the product price (excluding delivery charges), which will be transferred to their bank account within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.

However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until proof of return has been provided—whichever occurs first. The returned goods must be received undamaged, in the same quantity, and in their original packaging.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, no additional costs will be charged to the customer for the refund.

If the returned items are damaged or not returned in their original condition and packaging, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
